When The Blackstone Group needed a strategic property consultant in 2019, to handle the search and negotiation of their Australia Head Office, Rook Partners were engaged.
Following a 12 month off-market process, a new lease was successfully negotiated for a premium office in 126 Phillip Street, Sydney. The Blackstone Group will relocate into the new premises from the Gateway Building in Mid 2021.
