Beecroft Place Shopping Centre opened its doors yesterday to a long line of locals eager to see inside the highly anticipated new shopping centre.
Developers, Landream, engaged Rook Partners back in February to provide retail strategy and project leasing services to ensure the shopping centre opened successfully.
Adam Nahle, Senior Leasing Consultant on the project said, “The developers had the vision to build a high-quality retail and commercial hub for Beecroft. Our job was to attract and secure the right tenants that would realise that vision, and deliver a neighbourhood centre that the local community would embrace. By developing a strategic plan and diligently working to it, we have, together with Landream, delivered a fantastic new centre that I’m sure Beecroft will be proud of.”
The centre is anchored by Woolworths and has a further 29 tenancies that include a great mix of national brands and local operators.
