As Head of Funds Management at Rook Partners Capital Management, Andrew provides strategic leadership in investment structuring, funds management, and investor relationship management. He is dedicated to delivering disciplined, long-term outcomes for private and institutional capital partners, underpinned by a strong commitment to compliance and regulatory best practices.
With more than 20 years’ experience in property investment and wholesale funds management, Andrew offers deep expertise in acquisitions, divestments, capital structuring, asset performance, investor reporting, and compliance management. Previously, he served as Chief Executive and Managing Director of Whistle Funds Management Company, overseeing acquisitions and divestments for wholesale property unit trusts with a combined asset value of approximately $200 million.
Andrew has also held senior roles in Macquarie Group’s Real Estate Capital Investment Banking division, where he was instrumental in establishing the Macquarie Residential Investments Trust. He is highly regarded for his expertise in Managed Investment Scheme structuring, wholesale capital raising, rigorous financial modelling, and ongoing compliance with regulatory frameworks. Andrew is known for building lasting investor relationships grounded in transparency, strong governance, and trust.
Adam founded Rook Partners in 2004, contributing over 30 years of experience in commercial and retail real estate. He is recognised for his strategic insight, thoughtful leadership, and deep understanding of both commercial office and retail asset classes.
Throughout his career, Adam has developed long-standing relationships across the Australian property industry, advising family offices, private companies, and leading organisations, including ESR, Blackstone, Grant Samuel, Woolworths, Pitcher Partners, and Employers Mutual. These enduring advisory relationships reflect his reputation for integrity, sound judgement and consistently strong results.
Adam began his career in commercial and retail leasing and asset management before spending seven years at Lendlease, where he further developed his expertise across leasing, asset management, and development. His leadership is defined by a responsive, straightforward approach and an unwavering commitment to delivering value for clients.
As Director of Asset Management, George delivers strategic vision and operational excellence across the firm’s diverse property portfolio. His leadership is focused on developing bespoke solutions that optimise asset performance and drive superior outcomes for investors.
With more than 35 years of distinguished experience in the property sector across Australia, the United States, New Zealand, and Asia, George possesses comprehensive expertise spanning operations, finance, development, capital transactions, and asset management—with particular strength in complex mixed-use developments and large-scale retail environments.
Throughout his career, George has held senior director-level positions with some of the industry’s most prestigious organisations, including Westfield, Lendlease, Woolworths, Challenger Financial Services, Hoyts, and Greenland Australia. He is highly respected for his capability to elevate performance through rigorous asset strategy, analytical insights, exemplary stakeholder engagement, and profound operational acumen.
