Recently, the Gram Cafe & Pancakes in Chatswood Interchange was named as one of Sydney’s best new cafes of 2020 by the well known Australia’s cultural guide – Concrete Playground.

Originally opened in Osaka back in 2014, their signature light and fluffy pancakes each with a soufflé consistency and drizzled with syrup have gained a massive amount of followers.

Rook Partners successfully introduced them into the District Dining at Chatswood Interchange, an Australian First!
