RPCM has been appointed Fund Manager of the Casuarina Village Unit Trust, with Coles Casuarina Village as its foundation asset.

Located in Northern New South Wales, the $35 million neighbourhood shopping centre is anchored by Coles and supported by specialty retailers. Its position in a rapidly growing coastal corridor near the Queensland border, strong population growth, and a family-oriented trade area support its long-term performance.

Andrew leads RPCM’s investment strategy, capital structuring, and investor engagement. With over 20 years’ experience in property investment and wholesale funds management, he has deep expertise in acquisitions, asset performance, and reporting.

Andrew was previously Chief Executive and Managing Director of Whistle Funds Management Company, overseeing property unit trusts valued at approximately $200 million. Earlier, he held senior roles at Macquarie Group’s Real Estate Capital Investment Banking division and contributed to establishing the Macquarie Residential Investments Trust.

Adam Sheumack

Adam founded Rook Partners in 2004 and has over 30 years’ experience in retail and commercial real estate.

He is recognised for his strategic approach to property transactions and understanding of retail and office assets. Adam has built trusted relationships with family offices, private companies, and major organisations including Blackstone, Woolworths Group, and ESR Group.

His reputation is built on integrity, sound judgement, and a track record of delivering results.

George Fidler

George leads asset management strategy and has over 30 years’ experience across Australia, the United States, New Zealand, and Asia.

His expertise includes operations, finance, development, and asset management in complex mixed-use and retail environments. George has held senior roles at organisations including Westfield, Lendlease, Woolworths Group, and Challenger Limited.

He brings a disciplined, performance-focused approach to maximising asset value and long-term returns.
