Further to the successful repositioning of Oxford Village Shopping Centre, Fort Street Real Estate Capital has expanded Rook Partners’ role, to provide strategic retail planning and leasing services for all of their retail assets in NSW.
These assets include Windsor Riverview, Marketfair at Campbelltown, Newtown Central and Lake Innes.
