Rook Partners appointed on Woodcroft Village

The Rook Partners Asset Management Team have secured another appointment.  The owners of Woodcroft Village Shopping Centre, Woodcroft, have selected the Rook Partners Retail team to manage and lease this neighborhood shopping Centre in the Western suburbs of Sydney.

The Centre was built in 1993 and requires a holistic asset and leasing strategy.  The Centre will be repositioned to leverage the strong primary trade area with a focus on convenience and service retail.

The owners, Woodcroft Diamond Properties were attracted to Rook Partners complete service proposition and the opportunity to have highly experienced Directors work directly on their asset.
