Hachette Australia has signed a 6-year lease over 1,034sqm with landlord Cromwell Property Group, at 207 Kent Street in Sydney’s CBD.
Following exploration of alternative buildings in the CBD, Rook Partners were able to secure compelling financial terms for their client to renew their lease.
With staff returning to the office after several COVID-19 lockdowns, the Hachette leadership team will focus on creating a more collaborative and inclusive workplace.
