Following a successful leasing campaign, the new Coles anchored Willowdale Shopping Centre at Denham Court is now fully leased ahead of its scheduled opening in October.

The centre forms an integral part of the new community taking shape at Willowdale, one of Sydney’s fastest growing suburbs located in the South-West growth corridor. Once completed, Willowdale will comprise more than 3,000 homes, the neighbourhood shopping centre, a new school, and 25 hectares of sporting fields, landscaped parks and playgrounds, much of which is now in place.

Adam Sheumack, Director at property consultants Rook Partners says, “We have worked closely with Coles to deliver a convenient neighbourhood shopping centre with a range of good quality retail and services that we are sure the local population will embrace from day one.”

In addition to the new full-line Coles supermarket there will be a Liquorland, dental practice, medical centre, pharmacy, a beauty salon, barber, tobacconist, real estate agent, café, takeaway and thai restaurant.
