Rook Partners has secured the top floor at the prestigious new 60 Martin Place, Sydney for leading infrastructure and property asset managers HRL Morrison & Co.
Significant business growth required HRL Morrison & Co to seek double the space they currently occupy at Governor Phillip Tower. Scheduled for completion in October 2019. the premium grade building will provide HRL Morrison & Co with 823 sqm of outstanding new office space as exclusive tenant on the top floor. 60 Martin Place is targeting top Green Star and NABERS ratings and will be a unique, state of the art building from a sustainability, health and wellbeing and technology perspective.
Rook Partners was engaged to source and negotiate the new lease on behalf of HRL Morrison & Co, also conducting negotiations on make good and lease tail liabilities on behalf of the client.
