Greenland has appointed Rook Partners as the exclusive retail leasing agents for their new shopping centre at Macquarie Park, this appointment follows on from the successful leasing campaign run by Rook Partners. This validates the integrated leasing and asset management approach of the business.
A Coles supermarket will open late August this year followed by these speciality tenants opening in early October.
