Leading sustainable multi-utility provider Flow Systems, rebranding to Altogether, has appointed Rook Partners to represent them in the search and negotiation for a new office space in Sydney for 2021. An accommodation brief has been issued to the Sydney market.
Adam Sheumack, Managing Director at Rook Partners said, “We are delighted to have been instructed to assist Flow Systems in their project to secure new office space in Sydney, this instruction came about from a direct referral from another satisfied Rook Partners client.”
In a survey released by the Property Council of Australia, Sydney office occupancy results found that workers are slowly shifting back to their offices. With increased direct and sub-lease vacancy in the Sydney office market, the competition to secure this tenant is expected to be robust.
