Investa and Manulife welcome the Australian arm of ESR, Asia Pacific’s largest real asset manager, ESR Australia, to 39 Martin Place, Sydney.
ESR will take two levels (~2,200sqm) as its new corporate headquarters in Australia.

With world class sustainability features, 39 Martin Place is targeting a 6 Star Green Star rating and a 5.5 Star NABERS Energy rating.

ESR is expected to move into the building in late 2024 and will occupy levels 12 and 13.
