EML renews lease in Adelaide

EML, one of Rook Partners long-term loyal clients, has renewed for a further 5-year lease term across three floors in 26 Flinders Street, Adelaide.

The recently upgraded building influenced EML’s decision to renew after a four-month search for alternative options in the CBD.

EML will refurbish their fit-out to create a vibrant workplace for their Adelaide team over the coming months.
