EML appoints Rook Partners for new Sydney office requirements

EML has appointed Rook Partners to secure new office space in Sydney.

The additional space is required following the award of a further mandate from icare (Insurance & Care NSW).

6000 sqm of office space is required and Rook Partners will provide tenant representation services to manage the EOI process and negotiate the lease on behalf of EML.

This instruction continues our 12 year relationship with EML, advising and assisting them in securing the right properties and terms to best support their business across Australia.
