The team behind Franca Brasserie Potts Point will be opening a new Parisian brasserie in the former Toko Sydney site at 490 Crown Street. With an extensive refit, it is expected to open in the first half of 2022.
Rook Partners have been working on this asset since 2007, introducing Maloneys Grocer and Nour Restaurant to this quality asset. The signing of such a well-known restaurant further cements Crown Street’s position as one of the Inner City’s best dining locations.

The new luxe brasserie will be a magnifique addition to the already thriving dining area of Crown Street, home to Maloneys Grocer, Nour Restaurant, The Clock Hotel and many other cool cafes and popular bars.
