CBUS Property has appointed Rook Partners to lease the new retail precinct in The Langston Epping.
Marketing has now commenced with the focus on creating a new neighbourhood and town square precinct to complement the prestigious residential project of 462 apartments.
This new retail precinct will serve the diverse demographic of Epping, North Epping, Cheltenham as well as parts of Eastwood and Marsfield.
The retail precinct will benefit from being moments away from Epping Station. The retail precinct will open in Q3 2021.
