The Blackstone Group, the world’s leading and largest private equity group, called in Rook Partners again to secure additional office space to accommodate more business units with their Sydney office.
Adam Sheumack, Managing Director of Rook Partners, negotiated a new 8-year lease on level 20 at 126 Philip Street Sydney CBD and a surrender of their existing space in the same building.
Blackstone will relocate from the Gateway building to this new office in late 2021.
