Well done to our valued client, Henbon Australia, who has recently lodged plans with the City of Ryde Council for a major new mixed-use development, incorporating commercial, retail and residential premises on the current Eastwood Shopping Centre site.  A great milestone.

The proposed development over the 1.2-hectare site will feature 441 apartments and a vibrant new retail centre over three levels, including fresh food, dining and health services.

Rook Partners is proud to have contributed to the Strategic Retail and Commercial Planning advice for this significant project that will positively change Eastwood.  Our Asset Management Team has also managed this asset for 2 years, working closely with the existing retailers.
