Rook Partners Retail Team have once again fully leased St Clair Shopping Centre, St Clair.

The Leasing Team lead by Daniel Song has worked seamlessly with the Rook Partners Centre Management team over the last 12 months to achieve income growth, and a great mix of tenants, negotiating the renewal of 7 existing tenants and welcoming two new tenants, Kingsmen Hair and Sushi Sapporo.

The Centre Management team has also provided the leasing team with disciplined support with tenancy upgrades and one of the best presented neighborhood centres in Sydney’s West.  A testament to this was in the recent Mt Druitt St Mary’s Local Business Awards 2023, with 3 of St Clair Shopping Centre’s retail tenants, receiving awards, Mick T’s Clothing, Priceline Pharmacy and News Extra, and many more retailers from the centre were also nominated.
