Rook Partners has been appointed by award winning property developer Billbergia to provide advice on the repositioning of Marina Square Shopping Centre in Wentworth Point. The Centre which opened in November 2018 is anchored by a strong performing Coles and 7,028.8sqm of specialty tenancies.

Rook Partners will prepare a detailed strategic repositioning plan for the Centre to cater for the growing trade area and a long-term sustainable retail and commercial mix of tenants.
