CIP Asset Management, part of Challenger Limited, has appointed Rook Partners to lease three of their retail assets, North Rocks Shopping Centre, Lennox Village and Kings Langley Shopping Centre, in Sydney.

The largest of the assets is North Rocks Shopping Centre, with over 25,000sqm of GLA anchored by Coles, Kmart, TK Maxx, Aldi and over 70 specialty shops. Rook Partners originally managed the leasing of the 2018 redevelopment with Challenger Limited.
