Bringing flair and sophistication to home-style Malaysian cooking, Amah is an ode to the Ex-Head Chef of Mr. Wong, Loong Oon’s late grandmother, part owner in this new venture.

In partnership with Ho Jiak Group, Chatswood Interchange‘s District Dining is now home to this new Malaysian eatery with a huge open kitchen in the restaurant’s centre, treating customers to the theatre of an active kitchen.

Some menu highlights include soy-braised pork belly, a deceptively simple king-prawn black-pepper curry, and a nostalgic soup of hand-pounded fish balls in a delicate clear broth. At the bar, you can enjoy a variety of Asian inspired cocktails.
