Rook Partners is honoured to have played a central role in this project, delivering the centre fully leased at launch and helping shape what is now recognised as one of the most vibrant and community-focused retail developments in Western Sydney.
Our Role: Connecting Vision with Vibrancy
As project leasing experts, our retail team worked closely with Woolworths and the project team to curate a tenancy mix that reflects the needs and character of the rapidly growing Leppington community. Our strong tenant networks and disciplined approach ensured high-quality operators were secured early, even amidst the challenges of 186 rain days and ongoing pandemic retail anxiety.
The result is a centre that not only meets commercial objectives but also supports 29 local businesses across the health, retail, and hospitality sectors, creating a place where convenience, culture, and community come together.

The award judges commended Leppington Village for its outstanding contribution to sustainability, urban design, and local placemaking. Key features include:
- Fully leased at opening
- 768 solar panels and a 5-Star Green Star rating
- Exceptional architecture and high-quality finishes

- Thoughtful nods to Leppington’s agricultural history and Indigenous Dharug heritage
- A vibrant, adaptable environment designed for long-term community value
