Rook Partners has been instructed to provide strategic leasing services for North Rocks Shopping Centre in Sydney’s North West.

The sub-regional centre, owned by investment management company Challenger, is currently undergoing expansion and a reconfiguration. Phase 1 is due to open in early 2019 and will see Coles relocate to a new full-line supermarket. Phase 2 will include the creation of a new fresh food precinct along with new retail and service opportunities.
