We are pleased to announce the introduction of Rapid Global, a multi-award winning Australian owned software development company, to provide a fully integrated system for us to streamline operations and enhance communication across multiple departments to improve centres’ safety and risk management.
We recognise the importance of keeping everyone safe and all legal processes. Rapid Global offers reliable, effective methods for us to ensure that only fully compliant and inducted workers have access to our centres.
With Rapid systems, we have full confidence that all personnel in our facilities are authorised and compliant. We can also ensure contractors are fully aware of site regulations and expectations. Making this easier increases compliance and reduces time spent manually filing documents.
Our Asset Management Manager, Adrian Quig, believes that “the introduction of the new online Contractor Management System that includes an e-form survey, facility for the lodgement of insurance documentation and online training will ensure contractors and their staff are informed and have a proper understanding of the current safety procedures they face both regular and in-emergency situations.”
By striving to improve work health and safety compliance, improve communication between contractors and administrators and automate manual processes, we are excited to be implementing this new system in our centres from October 2020.
