Rook Partners has been engaged by developer Celestino to provide strategic retail planning advice for their proposed town centre at the new Gables master-planned community at Box Hill.

With a new school, sporting facilities, a lake and an abundance of recreation areas, The Gables is creating a new community and infrastructure in North West Sydney. The community will eventually comprise circa 4,000 dwellings with a forecast population of around 30,000 people.
