Four months after instruction on the leasing project, Beecroft Place Shopping Centre is now 80% leased with strong interest in the remaining shops.
Alongside Woolworths we have signed national retailers including BWS, Priceline Pharmacy, Fight Centre and Three Beans Café, and a range of Sydney based speciality shops, services and hospitality providers.
Adam Nahle of Rook Partners says, “The strength of the local demographic and the scarcity of high-quality retail space in the area has piqued interest in the project. The retail mix we have curated will build on the existing offer in Beecroft village.”
The high-quality neighbourhood centre being developed by Landream is situated in an ideal location in the town centre, located on the main crossroads and 100m from the train station. Scheduled to open in August this year, the centre is set to become a central hub for the local community.
