Leading publisher, Pan Macmillan Australia have renewed their lease with Investa at 1 Market Street, Sydney. The lease terms negotiated by Rook Partners allowed Pan Macmillan to realise savings for a new 7 year lease. 
 
The assignment continues a 17 year relationship with Pan Macmillan and Rook Partners. Adam Sheumack of Rook Partners says: “In business we are warned not to do business with friends, however when business evolves from resolute trust to genuine friendship, there is nothing more rewarding”.
