The suburb of Leppington will emerge as a major suburb in Sydney’s southwest with critical infrastructures already in place, such as the train station and construction of the new airport at Badgerys Creek, economic growth is assured. As a result, the trade population will grow from 19,950 to 46,900 by 2026*.
Being developed by Woolworths Group and leased by Rook Partners, Leppington Village Shopping Centre will become the town centre for this high growth suburb.
The centre will be anchored by a full-line supermarket, medical precinct and 25 speciality shops. The shops will be a mix of casual dining, fresh food and convenience retailers.
“We have been inundated with demand from high-quality retailers who know the area and see the growth occurring,” said Daniel Song, Associate Director of Rook Parters.
