Rook Parners has been instructed to provide strategic retail planning and leasing services for Rhodes Central, a new mixed-use development by the award-winning Billbergia team.

The new development, due for completion mid 2020, will be seamlessly linked to Rhodes train station and includes 668 apartments across 4 buildings, with over 11,000 sqm of retail and commercial space over 3 levels. Anchored by a full line Woolworths, the development is based around a central plaza with laneways and includes 4 levels of convenient car parking. The mix will focus on a sophisticated, authentic casual dining experience, fresh food, convenience and services.
