The Rook Partners Retail Team of over 34 quality professionals have completed another year with solid results achieved for our clients.  In close collaboration with our Asset Management Team the following outcomes were achieved over the year:

• 99 Leases signed including 41 new Leases and 57 Lease renewals
• 280 letters of offer issued
• $10.5 million income achieved
• Growth in medical related tenants in our assets
• 19 shopping centres under management
