The retail leasing team has hit the ground running at the new Rhodes Central shopping centre with 7 leases issued in the first few weeks of launch.

The Billbergia developed project currently under construction opposite Rhodes train station will house a new Woolworths supermarket and up to 70 retail, service and food and beverage tenancies.

Adam Sheumack, Managing Director at Rook Partners said, “We have had a tremendous amount of interest in this project since we launched the leasing campaign.  The vision for the centre, its quality and location are proving extremely popular.”

Due to open in October 2020, the centre will provide a convenient and vibrant hub for the local community as well as a destination for surrounding suburbs.
