Australia’s first Better Homes and Gardens real estate agency office has opened its doors this month at the ISPT owned Ponds Shopping Centre in North West Sydney.

The extension to the popular Channel 7 TV show has come to life following the licencing of the brand by Charles Tarbey’s Australian Franchise Systems. On opening, Licensee in Charge Saeshen Attapallil stated how proud they were to be the first Australian office operating under this established and trusted brand.
