Rhodes Central has now moved to over 80% of the retail & commercial tenancies committed with McDonald’s the latest tenant to sign a lease.
Attracting one of the world’s most popular brands to this project, was the central location opposite the Rhodes Train station and the strong population growth.
McDonald’s will be 1 of 12 casual dining outlets in this vibrant new precinct due to open in April 2021.
