Lane Cove Market Square was a joint venture development between Woolworths and Lane Cove Council. Woolworths worked with the community over a 15 year period to develop a vibrant centre that enhanced the established retail precinct. Rook Partners was engaged to provide early retail planning, income analysis and project leasing services. The development delivered a new full line Woolworths supermarket (3,510m2), 15 specialty shops, a gym and new library.
