Rook Partners has been instructed by the world’s largest trade publisher Penguin Random House to provide accommodation strategy and tenant representation services for their project to secure new office accommodation in Sydney. A brief has been issued for 1,600sqm in North Sydney or city fringe, with responses to be directed to Adam Sheumack.
