Construction work at the new Ingleburn Village Shopping Centre in Sydney’s South West is well advanced and on track for its scheduled opening in November. A targeted leasing campaign now has leases signed or issued on 70% of space with offers out on the 4 remaining tenancies.
Located right in the town centre and adjacent to the train station, Ingleburn Village will provide contemporary, convenient facilities that are eagerly awaited by the local community. Anchored by a brand new full-line Coles, the range of specialty shops, services, cafes and restaurants will make the centre a convenient place to shop and a welcoming meeting space that people want to visit.
Adam Sheumack, Director at Rook Partners says, “This new centre is great for Ingleburn. Our team has worked hard to develop the right retail strategy and bring in new and exciting retail and services that the local community will engage with. The opening of Ingleburn Village will bring customers back to the town, provide more local employment and keep spend in the community.”
The centre is scheduled to open in mid November.
