Employers Mutual (EML) have renewed their office leases across 3000 sqm in the Newcastle CBD. The leases at 266 King Street and 18 Honeysuckle Drive were for 5 years on market terms.
Rook Partners exclusively represented EML in the assessment and negotiation of both leases.
EML have continued to grow their work force in Newcastle over the last decade resulting in the need for quality well located office property in the CBD.
