Rook Partners has been appointed by EML again to search and negotiate for two new offices in Melbourne CBD and Geelong.
As EML’s long-term trusted adviser, Rook Partners has negotiated over 22,000 sqm of office space on their behalf across Australia over the past 16 years.
According to Rook Partners’ Managing Director Adam Sheumack, EML’s new appointment reflects their business plan to expand their Geelong office and review accommodation options in Melbourne CBD as their current lease expires.
Rook Partners will be managing the Geelong project immediately while exploring future options in the Melbourne CBD. An accommodation brief has been issued to the Melbourne market, with a shortlist of A-grade options being reviewed.
