Rook Partners has completed another office assignment, representing leading sustainable multi-utility provider Altogether Group. Following an eight-month process managed by Rook Partners, Altogether Group has secured 646 sqm at Level 1, 73 Miller Street, North Sydney.
This company will relocate from the Sydney CBD to North Sydney in October 2021. The rapidly improving amenity of North Sydney and the quality of the refurbished building by ESR Australia were the key factors in this relocation.
