Rook Partners has been appointed to manage St Clair Shopping Centre, adding to the company’s continued growth in their asset management division.
Anchored by a top performing Woolworths, St Clair Shopping Centre has 45 specialty tenancies with a great mix of national brands and local operators over a gross lettable area (GLA) of 9,598m2. External pad sites occupied by McDonalds, Red Rooster and 7- Eleven service station further complement this centre.
Rook Partners has been the exclusive retail leasing agent for this centre since 2018. The total ownership Rook applied to the leasing provided the owners with great comfort when deciding to transfer the management.
The St Clair Shopping Centre management appointment is a testament to the complete service Rook Partners now offers.
The management transition took place on 1 July 2022.
